The Queens Hall, NarberthThe Queens Hall, Narberth

Narberth is a busy, thriving town in the heart of Pembrokeshire. The town is situated not far from the A40 between Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and Tenby. There are lots of shops selling a wide range of goods, crafts, clothes, shoes plus the essential food and drink.

The Hall

The original building, now known as the Queens Hall, was first purchased by a group of local business people and individuals in 1953 to provide the townspeople with a community hall and function centre. The Queens Hall was granted charity status, no: 524443. Following consultation, the Queens Hall changed its charitable status in September 2011 and is now a Charitable company Limited by guarantee registration no 07775159, charity no 1145741.

Recent refurbishments have included the relocation of the Bar and kitchen, upgrading of the toilets, dressing rooms and the repainting of the foyer, balcony room and stairways. The Queens Hall continues to flourish with many local and national organisations and groups holding their training classes, workshops and meetings every week. There are 2 levels of hire charges, a Commercial rate for businesses & a community rate for fundraisers & charitable organisations.
