Amroth is a village and community east of Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire noted for its long sandy beach. The beach is a half mile long, flat, sandy beach With huge expanses of sand at low tide for all sorts of beach games. The parish contains Summerhill, Wiseman’s bridge, Stepaside, Amroth and pleasant valley which was an important anthracite coal mining area until the end of the 19th century. Slight remains of mines and tramways are still visible, also Ruins of Amroth Castle still remain. Amroth lies in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is the southern start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, part of the national Cistern Way.

The Hall

Amroth Parish Hall is in the village of Summerhill and is the central feature of the Amroth and District Community Association which serves the villages of Summerhill, Pleasant Valley, Stepaside, Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth. The maximum capacity of the hall is 120.

The hall is a well used hall by the local community, and is always available for hire.
