Angle is a small, coastal village bounded on 3 sides by the sea, from rugged cliffs and sandy beaches at West Angle Bay to the tidal mudflats of East Angle, rich in bird life. The one street village plan, with strip fields, dates from Norman times. It is notable for some well preserved medieval buildings and two friendly pubs. There’s a shop, school and church.
