The Pill Social Centre, Milford Haven

Milford Haven is situated on the North side of the Milford Haven waterways, a natural harbour used as a port since the Middle Ages. Founded in 1790 as a whaling town, Milford is now the largest town in Pembrokeshire and the fourth largest port in the UK. The town plays an important role in the UK energy sector with several oil refineries and one of the largest LNG terminals in the world. It is also home to the nationally renowned Torch Theatre. The hall is situated in the Pill district adjacent to the Castle Pill inlet.

The Hall

The Pill Social Centre has served residents for more than six decades and currently hosts the operatic society as well as group seminars, weddings, christenings, charity events, and birthday parties etc. Over the years it has hosted many large events including band nights with groups such as The Who and Jerry and the Pacemakers. In its main hall it has a large dance floor, stage, bar and separate kitchen. Upstairs there is a large room with a separate kitchen suitable for meetings and small functions. The main hall can hold up to 280 people including staff.

We offer a wedding/party package where by use of the whole hall, all kitchen facilities including crockery and cutlery, all linen table cloths, skirting for top tables, bar staff, wedding PA, tables and chairs, glasses including setting up the hall.

Upstairs room: large room with adjacent kitchen both areas have access to large toilets plus one suitable for disabled people. A baby changing area is also available.
