Star is situated between Crymych and the county boundary between Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. It is close to the communities of Bwlchygroes, Llwyndrain and West Cilrhedyn. Together, they have a spectacular setting on the fringe of the Preseli Hills and are bounded by Frenni Fawr and Frenni Fach. There are far reaching views in every direction and the beautiful natural environment is a source of community pride.
